Requests are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the order. This is not a change-of-mind return program. Submit the request within 30 days of delivery with the order number, purchasing email, a clear explanation, and supporting photos or video.
Do not send an item back without authorization. After review, an approved case may receive a replacement or a refund to the original payment method. Shipping, handling, and timing depend on the circumstances and payment provider.
